Job Description
Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that cares for individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Provides scheduling support and coordination of appointments for patients, as well as liaison for patients, families, providers and staff regarding billing and service questions.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a Clinic Office Specialist role
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist or customer service position
- 2 to 5 years of basic medical terminology experience
