Allina Health is seeking an Employee Safety Program Specialist to support employee safety programs at the business unit level. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of local employee safety initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and conducting workplace safety audits and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Biology, Industrial Hygiene, Medical Technology or related field
- 2 to 5 years experience in healthcare industry in an employee safety, emergency management, industrial hygiene, public health or other related department if Bachelor’s Degree prepared or Master's degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Biology, Industrial Hygiene, Medical Technology or related field and 0 to 2 years experience in healthcare industry in an employee safety, emergency management, industrial hygiene, public health or other related department if Master’s Degree prepared
