Job Description
Allina Health is seeking a RN Administrative Supervisor to coordinate and facilitate patient care functions within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge to manage patient care operations and demonstrate leadership skills. This role includes responsibility for establishing meaningful communication systems, assuring effective resources management, and coordinating patient placement and care processes across multiple departments.
Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- 2+ years in an acute care setting with 1 year as charge nurse or similar role
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota or Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support - Multisource certification
- Other location-specific certifications as required
