RN Cardiovascular Care

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience in an acute care setting, including Cardiac and Telemetry experience within the past year, for a 0.9 FTE position at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, MN. The RN will specialize in the care of patients with various cardiovascular conditions and provide comprehensive assessment and care planning. The ideal candidate will be proficient in current statutes, rules, and regulations and able to incorporate evidence-based nursing practice. Responsibilities include establishing a plan of care, supervising patient progress, and modifying the plan as needed. Supplemental roles include Charge Nurse and Preceptor.

Requirements

• Tier 1: 2+ years of RN experience in an acute care setting required, plus Cardiac and Telemetry experience required within past year
• Tier 2: Minimum of one year RN experience required in an acute care setting, plus Cardiac and Telemetry experience within the past year
• Tier 3: Up to One year RN experience, or New Grad in an acute care setting, plus Cardiac and Telemetry experience required within past year
