Job Description
As a Surgical Technologist at Allina Health, you will participate in providing care to patients undergoing surgical intervention, identifying and facilitating the use of surgical instruments and equipment, and maintaining a safe environment. The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and requires a strong sense of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
- Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certified Surgical Technologist from The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting within 1 year of hire or Tech in Surgery TS-C (NCCT) Certification within 1 year of hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house BLS training within 30 days of hire
