The Director, Growth is responsible for leading Allison’s new business and organic growth program. The role oversees day-to-day growth activities, including pipeline oversight, opportunity management, and the coordination of high-value new business pursuits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in new business within a PR, communications, marketing, or related professional services firm
- Proven track record leading and winning large, complex pitches and RFPs
- Demonstrated success driving both net-new client acquisition and organic growth within existing accounts
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing pipeline data and forecasting revenue
- Experience developing and maintaining firm-wide credentials, case studies, and pitch materials for enterprise-level clients
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
