IT Asset Lead

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical IT Asset Lead to join our global IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets - hardware, software, and digital - to ensure visibility, compliance, cost control, and data accuracy across the organization.

Requirements

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from requisition to end-of-life disposal.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in CMDB and asset registers.
• Implement and monitor controls ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Manage software entitlements, compliance, and true-up cycles.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports for audits and internal reviews.
• Address audit findings and apply corrective actions to reduce risks.
• Define and enforce standards for tagging, discovery, and inventory management.
• Utilize automation tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships regarding warranties, renewals, and refresh cycles.
• Support procurement and contract-related activities.
• Collaborate with Security teams on asset-related risks and remediation.
• Provide asset data for incident response and investigations.
