Job Description
Join allnex as a Process Intern and support Process Engineers in alarm system analysis, DCS data monitoring, and continuous improvement activities within the plant. Ideal for Chemical Engineering students seeking real industrial exposure.
Requirements
- Generate Alarm Performance Reports and Top 10 Alarm Lists using DCS data.
- Assist in rationalising and optimising alarm scopes.
- Maintain and update the Alarm Master List for allnex Seremban.
- Work with Maintenance and vendors to troubleshoot recurring alarms through logic or equipment improvements.
- Support continuous improvement and optimisation activities at the site.
