Production Supervisor

allnex is a leading coating resins company that serves customers in over 100 countries across the globe. As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate the duties of operators on your shift, improving safety, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement within your team.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Detailed, results oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written).
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and develop plans to execute to satisfy daily operational needs while maintaining focus on longer-term strategic needs.
• Proponent of continuous improvement and leading significant change efforts.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, but willing to take a hands-on approach.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to establish relationships across all levels of the organization, both internal and external to the site.
• Good Microsoft Office Knowledge.
