Sales & Business Development Manager - Coating Additives

allnex invites you to be part of us as a Sales & Business Development Manager in our specialized Coating Additives team. This role is open to be based in Bangkok, Thailand or Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and you’ll take ownership of key markets across Southeast Asia, working closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams to grow revenue, expand opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Managing and growing an established customer portfolio, with a strong focus on Coatings Additives distributors and key accounts.
• Delivering regional volume and contribution margin targets, aligned with annual budgets.
• Developing and executing account plans to capture new business opportunities.
• Working closely with distributors to drive growth and strengthen channel performance.
• Leading commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts in a competitive market.
• Identifying new opportunities through new products and applications.
• Supporting new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Service teams.
• Gathering and sharing market and competitor intelligence.
• Actively prospecting to identify and develop new accounts across the region.
• Ensuring profitability, working capital, and CRM reporting remain within company standards.
