Director of SaaS Platform Operations

Allocore is seeking a Director of Platform Operations to lead and execute enterprise-wide code deployments, major releases, and hotfixes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, a proven track record in managing global technical teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing global technical teams and overseeing enterprise-scale deployment
• Demonstrated experience leading through production incidents and outages, including communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical information into clear updates for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated industries or environments with strong security and compliance requirements preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance (applicants must be U.S. citizens).
