Loan & Grant Domain Lead

We are seeking a Loan & Grant Domain Lead to serve as a critical bridge between loan and grant program operations and technology delivery. This role ensures that platform design and implementation accurately reflect real-world program workflows across the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• Lead domain strategy for loan and grant programs across the full lifecycle
• Translate program rules, policies, and regulatory requirements into explicit workflows, system rules, data requirements, and decision logic
• Work directly with Engineering and Product teams to define, refine, and validate user stories, workflow configurations, and system behaviors
• Ensure solutions align with client expectations, priorities, and operational realities
• Validate system designs and workflows against real-world program operations
• Identify gaps, risks, and failure points in proposed workflows and system designs
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for loan and grant program operations
• Lead validation of platform capabilities during testing and implementation
• Ensure consistency of borrower, loan, and transaction data across workflows
