Job Description
As a Third Engineer Deck, you will be working on offshore projects worldwide, maintaining and operating deck machinery and equipment, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. You will work closely with other crew members and be part of the organisation leading the offshore pipelay market.
Requirements
- Completed a maritime education in Engineering
- A minimum 3 years’ experience as a Third Engineer or higher
- Valid Engineer Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency (CoC)
- The required, valid certificates for the position according STCW 2010 amendments
- A valid; Passport, Seaman’s book, seafarers medical
- Good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Experience with deck equipment, such as; winches, deck cranes, lifesaving appliances, compressed air systems and hydraulic systems
