AP/AR CLERK

As an AP/AR Clerk, you will assist the Accounting Supervisor with responsibilities for all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including posting payments, handling outstanding billing, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Posting payments
• Assisting in handling outstanding billing
• Entering invoices for payments in a timely manner
• Reviewing and posting all payments and amounts paid to customer's accounts
• Processing credit applications
• Preparing and printing accounts receivable month end reports
• Reviewing and reconciling periodic reports
• Recording information about financial status of customers
• Preparing collections and aging reports
• Communicating with customers
• Cross training
• Notifying proper parties if customer fails to respond
• Researching customer claim of invoice payment and/or discrepancies
