Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to efficiently enter and manage customer data into our SAP system while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a customer service environment
- Strong experience using SAP for data entry, order processing, and customer service functions
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and professionalism
