Job Description
Alltex Personnel is seeking a Legal Assistant to support our Post Judgment department. This team handles delinquent accounts that have received court judgments.
Requirements
- Prepare, proofread, and forward various judgment payoff documents
- Draft and process releases of judgment
- Respond to phone calls and emails regarding payoffs and releases
- Research and prepare Releases of Judgment from the JP list
- Create payment plans for taxpayers
- Process check copies and prepare corresponding releases
- Assist walk-in customers as needed
- Review files for sale when time permits
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
