Manager, Program/Project III (MANP3)

Alluvionic is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Program/Project III (MANP3) to provide expert-level program and project management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). The MANP3 will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of financial and program management services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a DoD or government contracting environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
