Our Service Team consistently strives for service excellence. The Service Associate – Client Support is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the financial advisory team and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within the financial services or related industry
- BS/BA degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Experience with CRM systems and basic financial software (experience with custodial platforms is a plus)
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices, with familiarity in processing account transactions or client service inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client records and transaction-related documents
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
