Job Description
Allwyn is seeking an IT Operator Network Technician to provide 24x7 technical support and monitor enterprise systems and networks. The role involves troubleshooting, escalating issues, and ensuring system stability, ensuring constant availability. This position offers hybrid work with some nights working.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of enterprise system, network knowledge and terminology
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, protocols, and standards (T1, T3, Metro Ethernet, Frame Relay, TCP/IP, SDLC, RS232, BGP)
- Experience in administrative or technical positions demonstrating dependability, productivity, and accuracy
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Service Management Tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
