Job Description
Product Engineer role at Ally Logistics, driving internal product outcomes across the business, translating business needs into clear project plans, and delivering solutions using AI-powered and low-code development tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs, agentic coding frameworks, and AI-powered development tools
- Technically fluent — able to understand how systems are built, integrated, and scaled without necessarily hand-coding every solution
- Strong understanding of APIs, including RESTful design, authentication patterns, and how services communicate across systems
- Proven ability to run discovery conversations and translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable project plans
- Demonstrated project management skills — able to define scope, build timelines, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives from kickoff through delivery
- Experience owning products or tools end-to-end, from ideation through delivery
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation skills — able to produce clear technical specs, process guides, and decision records
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or similar)
