Senior Engineer

We're looking for a High-Velocity Senior Engineer with 10+ years of experience who can independently design, build, and ship software products. This role is for someone who is looking to bring their experience from traditional development to the new era of agentic product development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product engineering experience
• Proven ability to build and ship full-stack applications using Replit or other vibe coding platforms
• Experience owning projects independently with minimal oversight
• Understanding of how logistics workflows actually operate
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
• Experience managing business priorities and the intersection of the business and its technology
