Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the full AI stack: image, video, and audio.
- Workflow Engineering: Proven ability to build multi-step generation chains and reusable prompt systems.
- Post-Production Innovation: Hands-on experience with AI lip-syncing, face-audio alignment and localization pipelines.
- Developer Mindset: A strong understanding of software fundamentals, including AI-assisted coding, databases, and API integrations.
- Passion-Led Curiosity: AI generation is a personal hobby, and the candidate should experiment with new models and techniques before they hit the mainstream.
