Product Developer

We are looking for a Product Developer with expertise in garment dye techniques, premium washes, and high-quality fabrications to lead the product development process from concept to production, ensuring garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and construction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in apparel product development
• Deep expertise in garment dye techniques, enzyme washes, pigment dyes, vintage treatments, and specialty finishes
• Strong understanding of premium fabrications, including natural fibers, sustainable blends, and performance-enhanced textiles
• Extensive vendor network (domestic & global) with proven success in building and maintaining high-quality supply chain partnerships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple developments and timelines simultaneously
• Proficiency in PLM and Excel
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Exceptionally organized with strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines and workflows efficiently
