Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard. The successful candidate will be an expert in all facets of product knowledge and have a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
