The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for dealing with ALO's business and guest experience strategy, ensuring exceptional guest experience in the store, and overseeing the Sales & Service team. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. The role requires leadership experience in retail or a related industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
