The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing will be the lead for all incoming influencer campaigns requiring integrated support, working closely with other team members to develop the international expansion strategy and roadmap for campaigns.
Requirements
- Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Director of Influencer Marketing to build comprehensive international campaign strategies and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders globally to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Alo stays at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with international agencies and cross-functional global team members to support influencer initiatives, including talent sourcing, vetting, contract negotiations, and campaign alignment to ensure brand consistency and strategic fit across markets.
