The Store Manager is responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of their store's business, achieving sales & profitability goals, and creating a positive and productive work environment. They will develop and execute the store's retail strategies, lead the team, and oversee sales, operations, and visual managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
