Job Description
ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to achieve store sales & maximize profitability through Visual Merchandising. The Visual Lead will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers to execute key operational functions, including shipment, receiving and processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. The role requires strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
