Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead the recruitment team to achieve company goals, partner with managers to solve hiring and team-building challenges, and build a positive company culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a lead/manager role
- Strong recruitment capability, including analyzing hiring needs and assessing candidate profiles
- Ability to partner effectively with Hiring Managers
- Strong sensitivity to people and culture
- Solid foundation in HR operations
