Job Description
Lead the end-to-end development process for assigned footwear programs, drive progress against critical development timelines, and ensure products are developed in line with required standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in product development, engineering, materials, manufacturing, or a related field
- Proven experience in footwear product development or a similar role within the footwear industry
- Strong technical understanding of footwear construction, development processes, and material applications
