Construction Manager

Alomar Holding Company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the execution of its real estate development projects in Riyadh. As a critical team member, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects
• Hands-on experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction site safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Currently located in Saudi Arabia with valid iqama (work authorization)
