Our client is a technology-driven company that tackles today's complex security challenges while respecting human freedom, and they are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their development efforts and balance strategic leadership with technical oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as Engineering Manager.
- Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban (ScrumBan).
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes and understanding of BPMN.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure 'quality-first' with 'efficient-delivery' mindset.
