Job Description
Alpaca is seeking a Crypto Operations Associate to join their team. This remote position involves daily monitoring and surveillance of customer activity, cryptocurrency trading, and KYC/account approval processes. The role is central to Alpaca's operations and requires proactive problem-solving skills and a fast-paced, adaptable approach.
Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
