Job Description
Bitpanda is seeking a Payment & Risk Operations Associate to monitor transactions for fraudulent activity and system abuse. This role involves evaluating suspicious patterns, identifying additional checks, and escalating issues to internal teams. The position requires proactive problem-solving and a focus on efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Evaluate suspicious patterns or anomalies in crypto and fiat transactions.
- Identify additional checks needed and take ownership of the follow up process.
- Support internal teams with escalations while meeting established SLAs.
- Communicate directly with customers via email and live chats.
- Assist senior team members by compiling relevant information and context on emerging fraud trends.
