Job Description
Alpaca is a rapidly growing US-based self-clearing broker-dealer and brokerage infrastructure company seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical ability and be comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years in finance experience with financial modeling, forecasting/budgeting and data analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel, G-Suite, SQL, Python or similar systems
- Strong analytical abilities for variance analysis, scenario modeling, and metric tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for reports, presentations, and cross-team collaboration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth remote setting.
