Legal Counsel, Europe

Alpaca is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the team in Europe, reporting to the Vice President. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services regulation and 3-5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer.

Requirements

• Providing day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Advising on the design and roll-out of new products and services
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer-facing contractual agreements
• Assisting with regulatory inquiries from UK & EU regulatory authorities
• Liaising and engaging with external legal advisers
