Camp Manager (Fixed Term Summer Contract)

We are looking for a highly motivated Camp Manager to lead our summer 2026 camp in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the academic and co-curricular programmes meet our high standards, while also providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our students.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or coordinating summer camps, youth programmes, or similar environments.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated experience in safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of children and young people.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in education, recreation, management, or related field.
