EFL Teacher (Fixed Term Summer Contract)

As an EFL Teacher at ALPADIA, you’ll help students achieve personal and academic growth in an immersive, multicultural camp environment. You’ll deliver well-planned, engaging lessons that align with our teaching standards, ensuring a safe and fun learning atmosphere and contributing to an overall positive camp experience.

Requirements

• TEFLI status – Examples: CELTA, Trinity Cert. TESOL or equivalent
• Level 6 Qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach
• High level of patience and approachability
• Ability to be flexible and adapt where required
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to plan the lessons efficiently while adapting to the demands of a fast-paced camp environment
• Excellent understanding of the unique strategies involved in teaching young learners
• Understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
• Solid IT skills including MS Office
