Job Description
As a Project Engineer in our Drilling Division, you’ll help shape the backbone of water infrastructure across the islands. You’ll work alongside seasoned engineers, drillers, and project leaders who share one mission: deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality projects that stand the test of time.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a related role—preferably in drilling or heavy civil construction.
- Strong understanding of project workflows, documentation, and cost tracking.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.
- A knack for collaboration, communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
- A proactive mindset—ready to take initiative, learn fast, and grow your engineering career with Alpha.
