Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager/Estimator responsible for attending sales meetings, preparing quotes, and following up on bids. Must have 2+ years of experience in commercial construction and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements

• Attend sales meetings
• Prepare detailed quote letters and bids
• Follow up on bids
• Analyze drawings and specifications
• Anticipate job site working conditions
• Log bid follow-up activity
• Work with Sales Manager to negotiate pricing
• Prepare and submit project submittals
• Confer with production teams
• Research technology and materials
• Conduct job site visits
• Interface with contractors and customers
• Identify business development opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
