Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, managing paid social media advertising portals
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences
- Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization
- Passionate about ideation and in tune with Indonesia's social media trends and stories
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands
