Alpha Public Schools is a network of four public charter schools in East San Jose, CA, seeking an Assistant Principal to support student growth and development. The successful candidate will embody the school's mission and values, promoting a healthy and high-achieving environment for students and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- CA Teaching Credential (or out of state equivalent)
- 4 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting
- Experience analyzing student data and responding to data with targeted interventions
- Experience (formally or informally) coaching instructional staff (support staff and/or teachers)
- Experience managing external partnerships
