Job Description
The Community Inclusion Coordinator will act as the liaison for clients and the community, providing individualized services to support socialization, education, recreation, and personal development. The role involves conducting assessments, providing personalized support, and maintaining comprehensive progress reports.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- At least two years of working within a social service program
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Washington State Driver’s License
- Background inquiry clearance from an authorized state agency
