The Health Care Coordinator provides support to program participants with regard to healthcare, medications, and medical appointments.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- At least one year experience working in social services and one year performing related duties
- A Washington State Driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and able to be covered on Alpha Supported Living Services’ automobile insurance plan based upon driving record
- Background inquiry clearance from an authorized state agency
