We are Alpha Supported Living Services, a non-profit organization providing residential and community-based services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our commitment is to enhance the quality of life for each of our clients by aiding them in learning, personal development, and fostering increased independence.

Requirements

• Provide support to program participants that meets their needs, provides opportunities for community integration and creates a nurturing, safe and healthful living environment.
• Interact with clients and provide informal counseling; support client in problem solving challenges.
• Support day-to-day needs including; personal hygiene, food preparation, house keeping, shopping, monitor health needs, and supervision of medication.
• Assist participants with accessing community outings of client's choosing.
• Complete required written and digital documentation of each shift.
• Provide positive behavior support to clients.
