Job Description
The Program Coordinator assists with overseeing the provision of support for assigned participants with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including supervisory tasks, personal care supports, and training new staff. The Program Coordinator will interact with program participants, seek to act in accord with the principles and values expressed, and uphold the agency mission.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- An associate degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized college or university and at least one year experience working in social services
- A high school diploma/GED and three years’ experience working in social services
- Have a Washington State Driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and able to be covered on Alpha Supported Living Services’ automobile insurance plan based upon his/her driving record
- Background inquiry clearance from an authorized state agency
