Job Description
Execute outbound call and email campaigns to drive aftermarket parts and service orders, communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email, and manage customer orders and shipments.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience required
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP required
- Familiarity with GST compliance, e-invoicing, and e-way billing procedures
- Good level of fitness is required
