Requirements

• Meaningful hands-on experience driving growth through guerrilla, digital, and product marketing
• Proven track record of owning and executing creative and successful marketing campaigns
• Combine data-driven decision making with strong creative intuition
• Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline and enhance every aspect of the marketing process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at creating marketing collateral and collaborating with design to produce high-quality assets
• Fluency with analytics and experimentation tools
• Deep understanding of organic growth levers like SEO, social, and community plus paid acquisition
