Growth Marketer

We're looking for an AI Growth Marketer to help orchestrate marketing with the help of AI and keep pace with the rapid shifts in B2B marketing. This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing (startup or agency preferred)
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple channels
• Comfortable in ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google), email tools, and CMS
• Uses AI tools daily for research, content, and automation
• Strong project management skills
• Fast learner, scrappy executor
• Can work across tools without needing training on each one
• AI Fluency (Power user of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for daily work)
• Has built basic automations (Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Comfortable learning new AI tools quickly
• Treats AI as a multiplier, not a novelty
