Job Description
AlphaPoint is a financial technology company seeking a Tech Ops Engineer to maintain system uptime and integrity, monitor daily operations, and implement automation. The role requires expertise in Debian-based distributions, computer networks, IT security, and multiple hosting environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Expert system administrator for Debian based distributions
- Expert in computer networks, hardware, support, IT security, and tools
- Experience with multiple hosting environments (cloud, bare metal, VPS)
- Experience with various Databases and SQL (MySQL preferable)
- Programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
